  • Are reliable and want to help make a positive impact on the lives of customers 
  • Have experience helping people to live their best lives, this might be in disability services or aged care but could also be retail, customer service or similar 
  • Have good availability. The more you are available, the more work we can offer as we have day, afternoon, evening, night and weekend shifts available. 
  • Have a valid NSW Drivers C class licence and willingness to transport customers 
  • Understand NDIS services and programs while helpful though not essential. 

The Day to Day

As a Support Worker, you will create an environment where customers choice is paramount in a supported independent living (SIL) setting. This means helping our customers to build and live the life they choose. Each house has a different personality and rhythm.

 Tasks could include: 

  • Personal care and medication administration
  • Using manual handling equipment to support clients with movement
  • Accompanying to appointments and adhering to specialist plans
  • Adapting communication approaches to include non-verbal customers

We will offer full training to workers who are new to the sector to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to best support our customers.
