The Opportunity 

Play a pivotal role in ensuring our transformation project/initiatives are achieved by supporting our Deputy CEO, you will:  

  • Provide project admin/support to ensure we deliver transformation outcomes. This will look different depending on the initiative, it could vary from collating info from stakeholders to full project coordination.  
  • Translate meeting insights into actionable outcomes and communicate to stakeholders, ability to chase things and get it done and be accountable.  
  • Craft and deliver compelling presentations or reports for the Exec/board. 
  • Experience in handling briefs, manage information, exercise judgement and discretion at all time and prioritize them with the C-suit.  
  • Flexible & be accountable for your work with experience in working with fast paced challenging environments and an ability to think ahead of game.

About You 

To thrive in this role, you'll need to bring: 

  • Had an experience and exposure in working with high level roles.  
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Power Point 
  • A deep sense of curiosity and an innate drive to explore new possibilities. 
  • Occasionally able to work long hours as required, and travel time to time. 

This is a newly created position based in North Ryde, within our head office.
