The Opportunity

 You will:

  • Manage moderate to highly complex industrial relations and employee relations-related matters and investigations. This could include performance management, formal investigations, employee complaints, attending the commission etc. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current Employment Relations frameworks, legislation, precedents and practice to identify and escalate potential impacts, opportunities and risks.
  • Support negotiations for our new Entreprise Agreement and provide employment relations advise on oher matters. 

About You

To thrive in this role, you'll need to bring:

  • Industrial Relations experience as a Lawyer in practice or in-house or in a dedicated IR/ER leadership position
  • In-depth knowledge of employment relations legislation and frameworks and contemporary practice
    Stakeholder management, influencing capability and the ability to build strong relationships across multiple stakeholders and levels in an organisation
  • Strong critical thinking skills with practical experience in complex matrix organisation
  • Experience in complex industrial environments, case management and, dispute resolution

This is a full time position based onsite in North Ryde head office.
