Workers Compensation Specialist

We are excited to present an opportunity for an experienced Workers Compensation Specialist to join our team to be our subject matter expert (SME).


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
You will ensure we proactively support injured workers on their recovery journey to return to work and reduce associated risk through impactful injury prevention strategies. In partnership with our stakeholders, you will ensure we have the optimal insurance model in place.


YOUR TICKET TO PLAY:

  • Extensive experience in the workers compensation and injury management space with exposure to psychological and physical injuries and their recovery journey.
  •  Background in exercise physiology, Occupational Therapy or other health disciplines.
  • Thorough working knowledge of legislation and regulations in the workers compensation process and insurance models.
  • A proactive approach to claims management with strong attention to detail for investigations.
  • A caring heart and a questioning mind.
