The more you are available, the more work we can offer as we have day, afternoon, evening, night and weekend shifts available. Have a valid NSW Drivers C class license and willingness to transport customers Understand NDIS services and programs while helpful though not essential.The Day to DayAs a Support Worker, you will create an environment where customers choice is paramount in a supported independent living (SIL) setting. This means helping our customers to build and live the life they choose. Each house has a different personality and rhythm. Tasks could include:Personal care and medication administrationUsing manual handling equipment to support clients with movementAccompanying to appointments and adhering to specialist plansAdapting communication approaches to include non-verbal customersWe will offer full training to workers who are new to the sector to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to best support our customers.
