In this position you will own how we are attract, recruit and onboard new employees. This is an opportunity to help us through our transformation and restructure by building robust systems and processes as well as recruiting our high-demand roles that will take us into the future.This is a full-time role, onsite at our North Ryde office. This role will involve regional travel.Why work with New Horizons?Salary Packaging up to $15,900 per annum (This translates to more take home pay)Entertainment Allowance offered (up to $2650 per annum)Career and development opportunitiesFree access to our Employee Assistance ProgramPaid Parental LeaveFree on-site parking and public transport optionsDeepen your talent acquisition skills with on-the-job training, coaching & mentoringSome of what you will be doing: Recruiting our frontline team members at high-volume who provide direct support to our customers (people with disability, refugees, people living with mental health diagnosis, etc) as well as key head office positions across most corporate functionsProvide leadership and expertise in addressing the current and future workforce requirements of New Horizons and leading the delivery of recruitment services for the organization including when we use volume recruitment activities versus pro-active search strategiesUnderstanding the unique needs in different services to source and screen effectively across support, mental health and corporate functionsPhone-screening potential candidates, helping them through their pre-employment checks, and managing them through the offer and onboarding processBe accountable for an effective and efficient end-to-end talent attraction and acquisition processThe pre-employment check and onboarding process involves a lot of paperwork so attention to detail is a plus!Your Ticket to Play: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing talent strategies that identify and attract diverse talent.Experience using proactive sourcing techniques such as LinkedIn Recruitment and Talent Search to identify and engage hard to find talent.
