This is an exciting opportunity based in our Chatswood headspace team where you will report to the operations manager in our headspace team.

Provide administrative support to the headspace team, including MBS billing, diary management, processing enquiries, responding to emails, and document preparation and collation
Assist with Service Excellence projects and initiatives
Exercise initiative in the application of established work procedures
Source and apply information to answer queries as required
Manage ordering of stock for the centre, financial record keeping, and oversight of facility projects and maintenance
Support the coordination of reporting in conjunction with the team.
Responsible for the successful delivery of administration support

As an experienced Administration Coordinator, you'll have:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders and services, including senior and executive managers both within New Horizons and external organisations
Ability to provide youth friendly and welcoming customer service 
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities within a demanding and diverse environment
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, other common systems and understanding of social media
Bring your special talent to work independently and take ownership of key responsibilities to achieve outcomes
Experience working with practice software and electronic medical records is desirable.

You'll also need 
Willingness to obtain an Australian Federal Police Check, WWCC, NDIS Check that meets New Horizons employment criteria prior to commencing with us
