As a Senior Billings Analyst, you will partner with key stakeholders to oversee the overall billings and accounts receivables process, ensuring timeliness, completeness, and accuracy. You will assist in financial business operations, financial planning, and performance improvement, contributing to the enhancement of our finance functions.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and plan your own work while assisting less experienced staff.Operate under limited direction, adhering to established work practices and developing new guidelines as needed.Use limited judgment to make decisions and solve problems using procedures, precedents, and guidelines.Authorize and action expenditure within your delegation, with higher amounts requiring additional authorization as per the Chart of Operational Delegations.Key Competencies & Experience:Demonstrable experience in credit/collection/accounts receivable roles.Strong numeracy and data analysis skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.Strong planning and organising skills with ability to meet agreed timeframes and required work quality.Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet programs.A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.High level of attention to details and accuracy while working under pressure.Essential Requirements:Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or significant experience in a similar role.Advanced Microsoft Office skills.Experience with Microsoft Dynamic NAV is highly desirable.National Criminal History Check (Police Check) and Working with Children Check.Knowledge of and/or experience with the NDIS Portal and Claims is highly desirable.Why Join Us?Be part of a forward-looking finance team that values accuracy, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction.Work in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact the organization's success.Opportunities for professional growth and development.If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we would love to hear from you!Apply Now!
