Enrolled Nurse (Permanent Part-Time Position).

Location: North Ryde

We’re seeking a dynamic and suitably qualified Enrolled Nurse to work as a Support Worker in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services across the Ryde region. This role is about providing standard high quality day to day support to our customers as a Support Worker, while also using your specialist EN skills to further support our customers clinically and help to set them up for their best day ever!

Your role will involve:
- Providing support to improve independence by assisting with living skills, transport, social activities, medication, and personal care.
- Using your clinical skills as an Enrolled Nurse to help support our customers.
- Keeping customer records up to date using online systems.
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with people, families, caregivers, and key stakeholders.
- Assist in the development or implementation of care plans

To be successful in this role, candidates must have the following: 
- Valid NSW Drivers C Class license, with the ability to drive vehicles in license class, including large cars and vans.
- Qualified as an Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration.

- Must be fit to undertake the physical requirements of customer support, including the capacity to lift 10 kilograms unassisted.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and other common computer systems.

Pre-employment Checks: 
- NDISWC or willingness to obtain
- NSW WWCC or willingness to obtain
- Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
