We have an exciting Full-time Community Support Worker (Mental Health Drug & Alcohol) opportunity available in Western NSW local health district -Bathurst MHDA, Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol Day Programs will be based in hospital grounds of Dubbo and Bathurst of WNSWLHD. Each unit offers services providing support to people who are living in the community who require short term support and intensive clinical treatment and intervention with an aim is to prevent further deterioration or relapse which may lead to an inpatient hospital admission in a declared facility. Services delivered in the day programs will focus on collaboration between clinical services and community support sector, consist primarily of guided treatment and recovery focused care, supporting people to reach their potential via day programs. This position involves a rotating roster, between Monday to Sunday( 38hrs per week) and you will need to be available to work flexible shifts that may include a combination of day programs.
